FAQ

RidgeWarbler is a route recording app for outdoor activities such as hiking and trails. Explore nature and create your own trail maps.

RidgeWarbler is available on iPhone (iOS 17.6 or later). iPad and Android devices are not supported.

An internet connection is required to display the map on the screen. You can record routes offline, but the map may not load until you're reconnected.

Also, when GPS signals are weak, being connected to a network can help improve location accuracy.

Route tracking relies on GPS to determine your location.

If the GPS signal is weak, your route may not be accurately recorded. For best results, maintain movement in an area with a strong signal.

If the issue continues even when GPS status shows as "Good," please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

You can cancel your subscription through your App Store account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then.
