RidgeWarbler is available on iPhone (iOS 17.6 or later). iPad and Android devices are not supported.

An internet connection is required to display the map on the screen. You can record routes offline, but the map may not load until you're reconnected.

Also, when GPS signals are weak, being connected to a network can help improve location accuracy.

Route tracking relies on GPS to determine your location.

If the GPS signal is weak, your route may not be accurately recorded. For best results, maintain movement in an area with a strong signal.

If the issue continues even when GPS status shows as "Good," please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Screenshots
  • Description (Please describe the situation in detail so we can test it under similar conditions — for example, weather, surroundings, activity type, etc.)
  • Device and iOS version (e.g., iPhone 13, iOS 18.5)
  • Location (optional)

Please send the GPX file that isn’t working to [email protected]. We’ll review the file and get back to you.

Any files you send will be used strictly for troubleshooting purposes and will be deleted within 30 days.

You can cancel your subscription through your App Store account. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access until then.

Payments and refunds are handled by the App Store. If you would like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support.
